My journey into Yoga

My yoga journey began at Yoga Garden with Anat Geiger during my recovery from a burnout. Yin yoga became a healing practice for my mind and body, inspiring me to dive deeper. Initially, I pursued Teacher Training for personal healing, not intending to teach again after my time as a sports instructor.

Unexpectedly, I began teaching at Yogaschool Noord, rediscovering my passion for sharing yoga's transformative benefits. Seeking further growth, I trained in hatha, vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra, drawn to their profound healing effects. Today, I teach with authenticity and gratitude, sharing the practices that have shaped my journey.
